Warhammer Quest, Empire Hero
|This is a new Empire Champion, inspired by @cwalton73 (Chris Walton) art piece I came across recently.
About 85% I need to tweak the hanging pouch, make a slouching beret and about a dozen other lil’tweaks but as far as broad strokes; I’m close. Should do well as a new Quest hero.
Next up greenstuff work, blending in a few more parts yet to finish. Definitely looking forward to painting him up! 🙂

Nice! I love how much attention to detail you have put into this – the pouch on a rope, for example! Great stuff.
Cheers man; no doubt you spied him on Instagram – thought best to add him on the blog too! Cheers for the encouraging words 🙂
Hey, that is a very characterful figure! Are you going to give him a few more bags/canteens and the like, or does he have people to carry things for him?
Hi LP! – I’ll be adding a couple more details and some GreenStuff to finish him off. Might get too busy; rather aim for an iconic version of Chris Waltons art 🙂 Though there will be a Mule for the party long term. 😉
He looks perfect. Exactly the same can’t spot any major difference.
Cheers man 😀
How did you came across this model? You made it? Can it be bought somewhere? Thank you
Hi Luc, apologies for my delayed reply. I made this model, from a classic Men at Arms (Adv. Heroquest) and used gloves from the Mordheim Militia Plastics. The helm had the feather added very carefully atop an Empire knight head. 🙂 Thanks for your interest and reading the site! 🙂
