The Killa Kettle, a Froudian War Machine
|The Killa-kettle (among many names) is a marvel of Grot ingenuity and thievery.
Using stolen aether-gold in a heated valve system, this artillery suit of scatter cannon and blunderbuss in an armoured barrel remains mobile and lightweight for the Tinka who uses it.
In review you have armour cowling, bags of lead ball shot, couple of gas balls dragging behind, toolkit, release pin for the front cowl, valves for venting aether-gold and a periscope to assist in aiming the scatter cannon or blunderbuss.
Plonking himself at an entrance way or corridor, an appropriately “skilled” Git can clear the area or keep foe at a distance.
However, igniting Boom-grit bear aethergold isn’t exactly wise and nearly every cannon shoot could set off a catastrophic explosion – likely take out whoever they’re fighting so a good result.
Awesome conversion and really inkeeping with the Labyrinth Gobbo! I can’t wait to see him painted!
Looking forward to getting some time to lay down acrylic to be sure 😀 Thanks man!
I love it!!! It’s giving me delightful flashbacks to The Labyrinth! 🙂
Its been very popular locally, best idea is a stand bolt thrower for my goblins – multi-wound (tough) and the bolt is the cannon 😀
HA! Awesome!
Thanks man! Nice lil’crossover there – presently painting him up 🙂 (Finally!)
