Warhammer Goblin Wolf Rider recruits
|It has been a very long while since I did anything miniatures related in Warhammer particularly adding new Warhammer Goblin Wolf Rider recruits.
I was able to pick up several Fenrisian wolves and Chaos hounds on the cheap recently, so I really had to get stuck in again with my Goblin Wolf Riders.
Once complete, these will make the regiment at 20 riders and wolves. I also added a couple shot with the accessories of bags and food. Next stage finishing the banner, various greenstuff work to add fur and fill gaps.
Cheers!

Glad to see some goblins again on this blog!
I’m a huge fan of your conversions and their distinct style. Keep up the good work!
Thank you – appreciate the encouraging words 🙂 Aye, I’ve been quiet in this department awhile – always shall be a goblin guy!
Took me this long to notice someone was happening to the wolves’ bodies. I never read the text on this post, so I assumed they were regular Fenrisian wolves. I bought a box, tried to fit some goblins and realized they were too big for them. And every now and then, I came back to your blog to take a look (because I’m incapable of getting the right angle on my riders… So today (Dec’23) I saw that you used chaos hounds (metal, I assume) and added the mane, heads and tail? Or just the heads? I’m sad because I can’t build something like that, but happy to finally understand how you did it. And I repeat what I’ve always said on social media: Your goblins (and your wolf riders) are the best you can find nowadays, period.
Hi Wilbur! Been a minute Sir!
My apologies, I am a subtle converter – I’ve sourced my original posts for you, so you can see my original idea and then the reimagining using the plastic chaos hounds.
• The original
• the Fenrisian revisit.
Hope these help; parts intense figures to put together. But I’m far happier with their size.
