Warhammer Quest, the Boss of Axe Bite
Finally, sometime with the ‘Boss adding goblin banner details and a new shield. I chose a metal shield over the wooden version before; the prior had too much detail and drew the eye away from the Boss. Definitely prefer this bolder look.
Next will be a greenstuff fur scruff about the shoulders and upper cape, cover the Skaven markings on gut plate and detail the base. To showcase the ‘commanding’ pose; added the latest lads waiting for his axe to drop for the charge playing up the odd coordinated goblins the Axe Bite clan are.

INdeed – the Squig Hoppers is probably the best set for parts (Squigs, Riders, Armored parts) shy of the Palooza mob of Shamans. 😀

Mate your kitbashing is so good its like it was made in one piece. The new gobbos seem nice but i dont think they come close to ones you created here with retaining the comical and still have a sense of threat and realism oozing from them. Would really love to see your take on Hobgoblins some day. And ofcourse the deadpool fire Mage 😉 that doesn’t need a sword cause he shoots fucking fire from his hands 😉

I really like that, not usually a fan of figures with banners on their backs but this is an exception. looks awesome!

ah thats a good point, the extra height would definitely make him stand out amongst the other Goblins.
