Warhammer Quest, Fire Mage

I’ve begun work on my first mage character for quest. In the background to a small horde of goblins infesting my hobby space, is a suitably over the top Fire Mage with tones of Deadpool/Tony Stark attitude.

Having previewed the build on Warseer a couple of times, a more collective preview is now here on Eastern Empire.

After initial ideas, I was lost on how to proceed, since each pose looked kickass. A very good point was made – “If I had magical powers of fire, why would I use a sword?”

Indeed.

So after these poses:

We settled on the ‘Come at me Bro’ – ‘Cooking something up real special..’ pose:

Next will be pouches, vials, sheathed sword etc. and a pony tail/neck wrap to tidy up the smooth part at the back of the head.

Adjusting his head tilt a bit more too. The flame SFX isn’t too apparent here, when painted it will certainly be evident.
